As your therapist...
I am a practicum student currently pursuing my Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Valdosta State University under the supervision of Dr. Andrew Morse.
My heart is to offer a compassionate and grounding space where you feel seen, safe, and supported. I believe in the transformative power of being genuinely known, and I am honored to walk alongside others as they navigate challenges, process past hurt, and develop new patterns that support growth and wholeness.
My approach is warm, curious, and collaborative, shaped by a holistic understanding of the connection between the emotional, physical, relational, and spiritual aspects of our lives. I draw on cognitive behavioral principles because I believe the stories we tell ourselves deeply shape how we experience life. Together, we can cultivate new ways of thinking that foster resilience, peace, and hope.
I also value the role that faith can play in the healing process. If you desire a Christian perspective, I am glad to integrate spiritual reflection, biblical principles, and the hope of restoration into our work together. I believe every person carries inherent worth and purpose, and I consider it a privilege to support individuals as they move toward the fullness and renewal that are possible for them.
I would be honored to walk alongside you as you pursue healing, growth, and hope.
