As your therapist...

Priscilla is a warm and curious therapist who has a heart for teens, adults, and couples who feel they haven't quite found their place in therapy. Maybe previous experiences didn't resonate, or therapy itself has always felt uncertain. She honors that hesitation and doesn’t ask anyone to leave their doubts at the door.

She works with teens navigating identity and belonging, adults wrestling with who they are outside of their roles and responsibilities, and couples trying to find their way back to each other. If you've ever felt like you're going through the motions without really knowing why, she wants to understand that with you.

Her work is shaped by an attachment-focused and existential perspective. Her work explores how your patterns and experiences impact your relationships today, and how the things you long for are worth taking seriously. She welcomes the questions that don't have easy answers, and believes that learning to sit with them honestly is often where real change begins.

She also enjoys the exploration of how your spiritual life, your faith, doubts, beliefs, fit into the bigger picture of who you are.

Priscilla earned her Master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Richmont Graduate University. Her approach as a therapist was shaped first by her own experience as a client where she learned to use curiosity not as a source of anxiety, but as a tool for clarity and hope. That personal journey is what draws her to sit with others who are after the same thing.
