As your therapist...
I am a warm and curious therapist with a heart for teens, adults, and couples who feel they haven't quite found their place in therapy. Maybe previous experiences didn't resonate, or therapy itself has always felt uncertain. I honor that hesitation and don't ask anyone to leave their doubts at the door.
I work with teens navigating identity and belonging, adults wrestling with who they are outside of their roles and responsibilities, and couples trying to find their way back to each other. If you've ever felt like you're going through the motions without really knowing why, I want to understand that with you.
My work is shaped by an attachment-focused and existential perspective. I enjoy exploring how your patterns and experiences influence your relationships today, and I believe the things you long for are worth taking seriously. I welcome the questions that don't have easy answers, and I believe that learning to sit with them honestly is often where real change begins.
I also enjoy exploring how your spiritual life, faith, doubts, and beliefs fit into the bigger picture of who you are. Whether faith has been a source of comfort, confusion, or conflict, there is room for those conversations in our work together.
I earned my Master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Richmont Graduate University. My approach as a therapist was shaped first by my own experience as a client, where I learned to use curiosity not as a source of anxiety, but as a tool for clarity and hope. That personal journey is what draws me to sit with others who are seeking the same thing.
If you're looking for a therapist who will meet you with curiosity, compassion, and a willingness to explore life's deeper questions, I would be honored to walk alongside you.
