As your therapist...

I believe therapy should be warm, collaborative, and grounded in genuine human connection. Meaningful change begins with an authentic therapeutic relationship where you feel seen, accepted, and safe to share your truth without fear of judgment. I view therapy as a partnership where we can process pain, navigate life's challenges, and build on the strengths that already exist within you.

I don't believe therapy is about changing who you are. Instead, it's about understanding yourself more deeply, recognizing your inherent strengths, and learning how to work with yourself rather than against yourself.

I am especially passionate about working with children, adolescents, and adults navigating ADHD. Through both professional training and personal lived experience, I understand the frustration of having a mind full of ideas while feeling unable to translate them into action. I know what it's like to struggle to start or finish tasks, build routines that never seem to stick, or feel like your mind is working against you. The issue isn't you. It's finding systems designed for the way your mind works. Together, we'll develop practical strategies that help you thrive.

I also work with adolescents and adults navigating anxiety, depression, identity development, emotional regulation, family stress, and major life transitions. When working with couples, I help partners better understand one another, rebuild intimacy, and create healthier patterns of communication.

Life has a way of shaping us. It stretches us, breaks us, and rebuilds us. Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, stuck in patterns that no longer serve you, or uncertain about what comes next, therapy can offer a space to exhale, regroup, and reconnect with the version of yourself that's been there all along.

When you're ready, we can start exactly where you are. I would be honored to walk alongside you on your journey.
